Who you are dealing with

fomoworld.shop ("Fomo World") is run by Coshi Infrastructures Private Limited (CIN U32909UP2026PTC249518), RIG No. 1384 Mahadevpuram, Colony Chargawan, Arogyamandir, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273003, India. "We" and "us" mean that company.

Using this site

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Anyone who receives your code can sign in as you, so keep both secure and never share a code.

Our sneakers

Every pair is our own label, in UK sizes 5–10. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in person. Check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract forms when we dispatch it. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund you in full. If a price is listed in error we contact you before dispatch, and you may cancel.

Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes for a ₹49 handling fee, waived on orders above ₹1,499.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our returns, refunds & cancellation policy and shipping & delivery policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and designs on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss we cause by breaking these terms or by failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
