Where we ship
Across India. We do not ship outside India yet.
How long it takes
Orders are delivered within 3 days. Remote pincodes in the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep can take up to 2 days more.
Cost
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; otherwise it is ₹79. Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes for a ₹49 handling fee, waived on orders above ₹1,499. Every charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You get a tracking link on WhatsApp or email as soon as your order ships.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address before confirming. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order is late or tracking has not moved for 3 days, write to support@coshi.in with your order number and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
