Who we are

fomoworld.shop is run by Coshi Infrastructures Private Limited (CIN U32909UP2026PTC249518), RIG No. 1384 Mahadevpuram, Colony Chargawan, Arogyamandir, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273003, India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you sign in or order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and the details of what you ordered. If you write to us, we keep that correspondence.

Like any website, we also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser. We use it to limit sign-in attempts and keep the site secure.

Cookies

We use two cookies, both needed for the site to work: one keeps you signed in and one holds your bag. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To send your sign-in codes, take and deliver your order, send order and tracking updates, answer you when you write in, meet our tax and legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We send offers and drop alerts only if you asked for them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the shop: Razorpay processes payments, Render hosts the site and its database on servers in Singapore, WhatsApp (Meta) and Amazon Web Services send sign-in codes and order messages, and our courier partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.

We do not sell personal data.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections, and sign-in codes are stored only in a one-way scrambled form. Access within our team is limited to the people who need it. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Your account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and company law require.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw a consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to support@coshi.in and we will act within the time the law allows. It costs nothing.

Complaints

Our Grievance Officer can be reached at support@coshi.in · +91 92057 16214. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version is posted here with a new date, and we will tell you directly about any change that materially affects how your data is handled.
