Returns, refunds & cancellation

Cancelling an order
You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched. Email or call us with your order number (support@coshi.in · +91 92057 16214) and we refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it as below.
7-day returns
Return any pair within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn, with its tags, in the original box. To start a return, write to support@coshi.in or call +91 92057 16214 with your order number.
Size exchanges
Wrong size? Your first size exchange on each order is free: we cover the shipping both ways, subject to stock.
Damaged, faulty or wrong pair
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We replace the pair or refund you in full, and we pay the shipping both ways.
If you changed your mind
Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for. We refund once the pair reaches us unworn, with its tags, in the original box.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of the pair reaching us, or of your cancellation. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
